When you return a fulfilled item, refunds are issued to PayTM Wallet or Bank Account via NEFT or Bhim UPI. You will need to update following information to enable us to process a refund.

    BANK Account :


  • The Bank Account Number
  • IFSC Code
  • Account Holders Name (Should be similar to that of Billing Name)
  • Bank Name
  • Bank Branch
Refunds cannot be processed to third-party accounts. NEFT refunds will typically be processed in 2 business days after receiving the product and will be credited to your account in 3 business days.
